Who we are: Coastline Building is a South West Michigan designer and custom builder/remodeler of Green High Performance Homes. We focus on your needs and desires in the home we design with you. We plan extensively during the design, whether you would like to build a new home, renovate or update an existing home.
Often called Green Building, we prefer to call the homes we design and build high-performance homes. They are highly detailed, energy efficient homes that are healthier for you to live in. Where Do We Work?
Our office is in Delton, Michigan where we do our design work, hold meetings and do some shop work in a controlled environment. Where we build and remodel is in the Southwest Michigan area (Kalamazoo, VanBuren, Allegan, St. Joseph Counties, to name a few.) Through our detailed pre-planning and jobsite systems, we can manage most projects within a 75-mile radius of the Kalamazoo area.
