DESIGN/BUILD: OUR PROCESS
Design/Build is a process we use to customize your home for you. We don't work off of standard prints or stock plans. We define custom as personalized, designed for the way you live. It also enables us to design the home for the site, allowing it be a truly high performance home.
It starts as a conversation. We'll set an appointment with you. Bring your ideas, your likes and dislikes in your current living environment, what you would like in your new space. We'll discuss what you want from your home, explore possibilities.
Through careful listening we'll gather enough information at the first meeting to come up with sketches, ideas and solutions for the next meeting.
At that next meeting, we'll look at what we've come up with, analyze it, make changes and then decide which direction to proceed. It's this iterative process that we enjoy, that gets to the heart and soul of your home.
